Merchant OS
The point-of-sale, inventory, IoT, and reporting platform. Config-not-code vertical packs override the core for each of the 11 BoXes — never fork the core, always extend. Integrates with SAPE, GroSupply, NOC, and the founder office.
SAPE — Authentication & Provenance
Every SKU carries a GS1 DataMatrix with GTIN, batch, expiry, and unique serial — cryptographically signed. POS verification <500ms. Counterfeit detections auto-reported to SAHPRA, NCC, SARS, SAPS within 24h. Consumers can QR-scan any product to verify authenticity.
GroSupply
The restock loop. Two revenue lines: 5% supply margin inside wholesale (2.62% of GMV), and 5% claw-back on verified savings ≥15% vs dated baselines — settled supplier-side, merchant-invisible, monthly reconciliation by our Finance team.
Electrical Registry
12 per-box electrical specs + 1 master spec. Off-grid-first (solar PV + LiFePO4). SANS 10142-1 turn-key baseline. Certificate of Compliance per container non-negotiable. Our Electrical Engineering team owns the daily package-consistency gate.
Site Network
288 IDP-named Limpopo settlements across 22 municipalities, 5 districts. Pipeline: TARGET → SURVEYED → EOI → LEASED → BUILT → TRADING → COMBED. Pilot stars trading now; our Site Selection team scores against the 5-pillar site rubric.
Agent Network
